The redevelopment of Wellington College’s Memorial Hall was a high-profile, large-scale project involving a wide group of stakeholders — and the result is a landmark facility that will serve generations of students to come.

Ruruku acted as Project Manager, overseeing the delivery of a striking and highly detailed architectural design within a busy, operational school environment. The building’s scale, complexity, and significance to the College meant that careful coordination, clear communication, and steady leadership were essential throughout.

Working closely with Architecture+, Maycroft Construction, and school leadership, we helped guide the project from planning through to completion — ensuring budget, programme, and expectations remained aligned.
