With over 12 years in commercial construction, Peter brings a hands-on approach to managing projects and keeping things running smoothly. He values collaboration and clear communication to deliver quality results on time and on budget. Having played team sports all his life, Peter brings the same teamwork, commitment, and competitive spirit to every project he’s involved in.

Griffin has been drafting most of their life and has a passion for the way in which the spaces we design impact everyday lives. They hope to improve the methodology around how we create documentation sets so that we can better focus on the big design decisions. Outside of work Griffin enjoys videogames, music, and e-boarding.

A woman of many hats, she brings together systems thinking, practical problem‑solving, and a strong background in data, strategy, and programme management. Now in her second stint with the company, Anna is proud to be part of a business that still feels like a family at its core, and she’s passionate about building smart, reliable systems that support people, projects, and long‑term growth.

Paul brings over 12 years of experience in residential architecture, from high-end homes to multi-residential developments. Having run his own practice, he offers expertise in design, project delivery, and office procedures. His goal is to make a lasting impact through projects that genuinely enhance the user experience. Outside the office, Paul enjoys running, painting, reading, and spending time with his wife and their three cats.

Jay is a Project Manager with a background in architectural project delivery, with experience across education projects, capital works, and complex weathertightness remediation.
He has supported projects through consent, procurement, and construction, working closely with consultant teams and managing risk in live education environments.
Jay takes a practical, delivery-focused approach to project management and is currently working towards PMP certification. Outside of work, he enjoys playing football and staying active.

Krish is an experienced Architectural Technician with lots of successful projects under his belt. Particularly strong with residential and civil projects, he has quickly become the champion for improving internal design systems and processes at Ruruku. A great collaborator with excellent attention to detail, Krish likes spending time with his family.

Freddie brings a strong passion for architecture, design and visual communication to the team. With interests spanning photography, videography and drone operations, he enjoys exploring new ways to document and showcase the built environment. He values collaboration, attention to detail and creating meaningful design outcomes. Outside of work, Freddie enjoys running, staying active at the gym and pursuing creative projects through photography and film.
