As Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor, we coordinated a staged programme of works that addressed structural performance, asbestos removal, and key fire safety upgrades — all while respecting the operational needs of the site and the commercial objectives of the client.

Working closely with Robertson Architects and Maycroft Construction, we oversaw detailed planning and risk management throughout, ensuring cost control and quality were maintained from concept to completion.

The result is a refreshed, future-proofed facility that balances compliance, functionality, and architectural upgrade — and one the clients are genuinely proud of.
